HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST ME?

Uncontested Divorce and Prenuptial Agreement cases both have a flat retainer fee ($650 and $550, respectively).

When you hire an attorney for a Contested Divorce, the attorney will bill an hourly rate and a retainer is paid in advance into a trust account. Amount is determined on a case by case basis.
